NexGen Homes was started after two longtime friends Anthony (TJ) Eves and Christopher (Chris) Balk decided they wanted to combine skillsets and start a new entrepreneurial venture. With over 30 years of joint experience the NexGen Homes team has vast experience in home construction throughout Arizona. How soon can you start my project?

We can begin working on your project as soon as the details are agreed to and the contract is signed. This will ensure we understand your expectations and we have agreement on the details of your project. Most projects can start within 45 days of contract signing.

How do we pay you?

We will create a contract detailing every cost aspect of your project. Payment will be expected at various points of the project and will be clearly outlined in the draw schedule of the contract.

What can I expect during the project?

After discussing your ideas we will create a detailed contract and production schedule with you. We want to know your goals for the project and the things that may concern you about it. Once we begin work, we will keep you updated every step of the way.

What kind of crew do you utilize?
